How we look after your information

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), what your enquiry is about and your message. We only use this information to reply to you and, where relevant, to give you a quote.

The legal basis is the consent you give in the form and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about work.

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If they do lead to a job, we keep the information for as long as accounting and warranty rules require.

Messages from the form are sent as email through the Resend service. We never sell your information and do not share it with anyone except those who help us deliver the service.

This website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when you view the map.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us by email. If you believe we are handling your information incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
